The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently located in the heart of the city and close to all major attractions. the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. We particularly liked the free Wi-Fi provided throughout our stay, which helped us stay connected and plan our daily activities.
Our room lacked sufficient bathroom amenities, which was an inconvenience for us. the noise level outside the room was quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Located in the downtown area, the hotel was close to all the amenities we needed. the cleanliness of the room and spacious bathroom were impressive. the service was outstanding with staff members always eager to help. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and enjoyed various options. the hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained.
The hotel could improve its communication regarding room amenities and reception contact details.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a decent night's sleep. the hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city, being within walking distance of many attractions. the free breakfast provided a good variety of options to start the day off right.
The staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating, leading to a stressful and frustrating experience. When we had an issue with our room, it took multiple attempts of contacting reception before anyone actually showed up.
